Bench fees:
Each CDT student will receive £16,000 a year as a stipend and will be allocated bench fees of £3,000 per year (during the PhD part of your studies). The bench fees are intended to cover research costs, attendance of one international conference a year (including conference fees, travel and accommodation) and training needs. It is recognised that some projects will involve use of core imaging resources. To facilitate these, a reduced cost per scan will be accommodated from within the bench fee allocation; this is currently being discussed and final details to be published shortly. Please record student consumables on the spreadsheet for cohort 1 and the spreadsheet for cohort 2 accordingly.

Access to MRI scanners
Some CDT students may require access to imaging facilities as part of their research. Please refer to the Process for Access to MRI Scanners by CDT Students document to understand the protocol.

CDT Management
The CDT has a Management Board as well as an External Advisory Board who governs the management and oversight of the CDT.
